Air & Ventilation Hygiene Surveyor
Working throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland , ideally with a combined home/office work base in London/SE England, as you will be based from home, we require an indoor air quality and ventilation hygiene surveyor.
You will visit a broad range of commercial and public buildings, including hospitals, to undertake tasks such as HTM compliance assessments, system monitoring, surveying with the sampling of the indoor environment and ventilation systems. You would also carry out risk and condition assessments and produce written customer reports. Contractor and project management tasks are expected of you and the verification of air handling /ductwork system cleanliness forms part of this role in providing service to our customers.
Full training will be provided, but to be right for this role, knowledge of ventilation systems is essential. Previous experience of working within the healthcare property mechanical maintenance sector would be ideal as a large proportion of our customers lie within the healthcare sector. Candidates will also be qualified to degree and/or HNC/HND level, or demonstrate adequate and proven experience within this field. Core skills and strengths required are a high level of literacy, computing ability, to be highly motivated, organised and determined. Individuals must be able to provide excellent customer empathy and communication.
