AirisQ Limited obtain accreditation as SAFEcontractor
SAFEcontractor is a health & safety accreditation scheme demonstrating to our clients that we have health & safety policies and procedures in place. The scheme has assessed our health & safety arrangements allowing our clients to accept our SAFEcontractor certificate as confirmation of competency.SAFEcontractor is rapidly expanding with over 6,000 contractors, and expected to reach 20,000 in 2 years.
Clients have a legal obligation to ensure that contractors operate in a safe way. There is a need to assess contractors' health & safety arrangements, and increasingly this is being carried out through SAFEcontractor.
Many large organisations now use SAFEcontractor as their primary means of selecting contractors. SAFEcontractor is effectively the clients approved contractor list.
